Core Services
- Contract — This option is used for clients who would like to augment their staff through contract or temporary positions on a short-term basis or multi-year project basis.
- Contact-to-Hire — This option is used to add an employee onto a client’s full-time payroll via a project entry point. This option gives our clients and consultants a ‘try before you buy’ period. It can also be used to avoid lump sum contingent search fees. We supply the talent needed for a position, and after just six months on contract the client has the option to bring the individual onto their full-time payroll with no additional fees.
- Contingent Search — For this option, we will work as an extension of our client’s current recruiting team by identifying, qualifying and hiring new full-time staff on a contingent fee basis. Fees are paid as a percent of salary with standard guarantee periods.
- Retained Search — Similar to a contingent search, for this option we will work with clients to identify, recruit and hire top technical talent. As this method is used for senior and critical positions, the searches require additional attention to detail, broader nets and a dedicated search consultant. Fees are a percentage of annual salary; a portion is paid up front to initiate the search and the remainder is paid when the new employee has been successfully hired.
